We have ten deacons who serve in leadership of the church alongside the Minister. They are elected by Church members. Deacons serve for a three year period. The Ministers and Deacons act as Charity Trustees of the church. A Secretary and Treasurer are appointed annually from the Deacons.
We also have a Families and Children’s Worker.

As well as budgets and books, David is a handyman for Church repairs.

Robert ensures the Church runs smoothly liaising with minister, leadership team and regular worshippers.

Charis joined us in September 2015. Charis has experience as a Primary School teacher as well as working with Families in a Church setting. She also oversees The Hub.

Makeda is currently studying at Spurgeon’s College.

Ali heads up our worship team and also tinkers with the Church web site and social media.

Ian can regularly be found preaching or setting up tech for the Church.

John is a Boys’ Brigade battalion leader with extensive experience of youth work and has been involved in getting the new Hub Café up and running.
